The Target Olympic Podium Scheme (TOPS) was launched by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in 2014 to provide financial assistance, world-class training, coaching, equipment, and international exposure to elite athletes preparing for the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

व्याख्या: टारगेट ओलंपिक पोडियम योजना (TOPS) वर्ष 2014 में युवा कार्यक्रम एवं खेल मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रारंभ की गई थी। इसका उद्देश्य ओलंपिक एवं पैरालंपिक की तैयारी कर रहे उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों को वित्तीय सहायता, विश्वस्तरीय प्रशिक्षण, कोचिंग, उपकरण तथा अंतरराष्ट्रीय एक्सपोज़र उपलब्ध कराना है।
