(i)20% and 20%
Equivalent discount = 20 + 20 - $ \dfrac{20 \times 20}{100} $ = 36%
SP$_1 = 1500 \times \dfrac{64}{100}$ = 960
(ii) 30% and 10%
Equivalent discount = 30 + 10 -$ \dfrac{30 \times 10}{100}$ = 37%
SP$_2 = 1500 \times \dfrac{63}{100} = 945 $
Difference} = $ 960 - 945 = 15 $
