Check the pattern, you will see that following operator in place of A,B, and C will work.

A – Multiply (*)
B- Divide (/)
C – Addition (+)

Applying on Equation:

First Equation: [ 40 * 10 / 8 + 15 = 65 ] [ 400 / 8 + 15 = 65 ] [ 50 + 15 = 65 ] This holds true.
Second Equation: [ 15 * 30 / 9 + 20 = 70 ] [ 450 / 9 + 20 = 70 ] [ 50 + 20 = 70 ] This holds true.

Applying the Pattern to the Third Equation:

[ 7 * 9 / 3 + 8 = ? ] [ 63 / 3 + 8 = ? ] [ 21 + 8 = 29 ]

So, the answer is 29 .
