In a school, \(\frac {1}{10}\)  of the number of boys is equal to \(\frac {1}{4}\) of the number of girls. Also, \(\frac {5}{8}\) of the number of girls is equal to \(\frac {1}{4}\) of the number of boys. What is the ratio of boys to girls in that school?
