As per question

tan Q = $ \frac {BC}{AC} = \frac 13 $
(AB)2 = (AC)2 + (BC)2
(AB)2 = (3)2 + (1)2
(AB)2 = 9 + 1 = 10
AB = $ \sqrt 10 $
sec (t) = $ \frac {BC}{AC} = \frac { \sqrt 10}{3} $

Ans is ) $ \frac { \sqrt 10}{3} $
